In daily production, the compressed air discharged by the air compressor is not clean, in addition to containing water (including water vapor, condensate) and suspended matter, as well as oil (including oil mist, oil steam). These pollutants are unfavorable to improving production efficiency, reducing operating costs and improving product quality, so it is necessary to dry and purify treatment. Zte introduced SFR-1200C, SFR-3000C and other models of dryers to provide dry, oil-free and dust-free clean air for production gas.

The compression heat regeneration dryer uses the waste heat generated by the compressor during the compression process to regenerate the desiccant. Compressed air is not consumed during the heating and regeneration process, and the energy consumption of the entire adsorption and regeneration process is close to zero. At the same time, the high temperature heat of the compressed air is fully utilized directly into the regeneration adsorption layer, and the high temperature heat is absorbed by the adsorbent, reducing the heat load of the rear cooler. Thus, the consumption of cooling water is reduced accordingly, so the compression heat is very energy-saving and can achieve effective energy saving to a greater extent.
