Compression heat regenerative dryers use the waste heat generated by the compressor during the compression process to regenerate desiccant. Compressed air is not consumed during the heating and regeneration process, and the energy consumption of the whole adsorption and regeneration process is close to zero. Meanwhile, the high temperature heat of compressed air is fully utilized to directly enter the regenerative adsorption layer. The high temperature heat is absorbed by the adsorbent, which reduces the heat load of the rear cooler, thereby reducing the consumption of cooling water accordingly, so the compression heat is very energy-saving and can achieve effective energy saving to a greater extent.
